Zazen is helpful for your health and mentality. In our daily life it is not so easy to keep the balance between your inside and outside. Zazen helps us to keep the balance under our consciousness which we can’t realize in an ordinary life. Monk Asou whom I learned Zazen was learning Zen at Antai-ji in Japan.
 
 
How to do Zazen?
 
sit with silence,
fix your breath,
out of focus your eyes,
 
with a stick of incense,
 
and accept.
